Suburban Access, Inc. is an independent service coordination agency that assists individuals with disabilities to become familiar with services and programs that they need, and to ensure that they are eligible for these services and supports.
Suburban Access, Inc. does not provide direct services, such as residential, day, respite, and other support programs, nor do we authorize or fund direct support services. Our primary objective is to make consumers aware of the direct services available to them, and to identify services for which they are eligible.
